This December, join us for a festive (yes, somewhat nerdy) lineup of holiday offerings!

Not Your Typical Gingerbread House 

Join our very own pastry maven Alison Sullivan and Anthony Strong in a hands-on workshop on how to build your dream Mid-century modern Tahoe ski lodge (and yes, there will be frosted rosemary evergreens and floor-to-ceiling sugar-glass windows). To keep things even more festive, we’ll have housemade eggnog and kombucha bellinis, plus small bites like Alison’s gingerbread cake for snacking.

Classes will take place Saturday, December 7th (sold out), 14th, and 21st from 10:30am – 1:00pm. Tickets are $150 per house for up to two people, with additional guests available for $30 per person. Classes are limited to 12 gingerbread houses.

Salted Maple Bûche de Noël

This holiday, dig into PRAIRIE’s beloved salted maple cake in classic Bûche de Noël form, complete with chocolate maple leaves and meringue mushrooms. Swing by the restaurant to enjoy a slice or order a whole cake for at-home entertaining ($85). This beauty serves 10-12 people and is available with two days’ advance notice, beginning on December 9th.

Ring in the New Year 90’s Style

Join us for a 90’s-themed, 7-course New Year’s Eve bash.  Yes there will be Cosmos and Ahi crudo, balsamic-braised beef short ribs and molten Dandelion chocolate cake plus much more!  We’re offering two seatings (6:15pm and 8:00pm), $110 per person.
